In this original contemporary adaptation of the holiday classic, it is a bleak Christmas Eve for Mr. Evan E.R. Scourge, a local real estate broker and landlord whose thriving business has fallen on hard times due to the unexpected and unprecedented events of 2020 and 2021. But on Christmas day, his outlook will change after he receives a visit from another savvy businessman who brokers deals with far more lasting repercussions.
