| Notes | Performances are July 20th at 8pm, July 21st at 3pm, July 27th at 8pm, and July 28th at 3pm. Mandatory attendance is needed for tech week from July 14th to July 16th. Additional rehearsals may be added in different nearby space if it is determined necessary. |
| Instructions | Sides will be provided at auditions for people to read for as well as on our Facebook group The Minstrel Players 2 weeks before auditions for those who cannot make the audition dates. If you cannot make the dates and wish to make a video, send it to justin.minstrelplayers@gmail.com on or before the audition dates. If you are not on Facebook and desire to audition still, either send a video monologue to the previously listed email or send a request for a side if wanted. Callbacks will be Monday and Tuesday May 13th and 14th if needed. |

| Role | M/F | Age | Description | BERNARD | M | 20-50 | something of a playboy in that he has 3 fiancées, lives in Paris with all of them at different times. He appears calm cool and collected when we first meet him, but as the show goes he becomes more and more unraveled when one thing goes wrong one after another. He genuinely loves all three of his fiancées and believes he has the perfect setup until this day. | ROBERT | M | 20-50 | Robert is Bernard's rather quirky friend who is frequently forced to handle damage control when Bernard isn’t around during the show. Loses his nerve rather easily but sometimes enjoys the chaos, and finds himself getting a little too attracted to Bernard’s most volatile fiancée, Gretchen. Quite a lot of physical comedy involved with this character (ie: running, getting knocked over, takes a few hits during the show) | BERTHE | F | 20-60 | Bernard's French Housekeeper who normally is the one to do damage control for Bernard. She is incredibly stressed by the job however and complains and avoids work quite frequently at times. Of all the characters in the show, Berthe is probably the closest one to having a breakdown with all the stress that comes with managing keeping 3 fiancées from ever seeing or finding out about one another.
