Roles
Role | M/F | Age | Description | Chuck | M | 18-29 | One of Tilly's high school friends who serves as the Dungeon Master for the D&D game. He helps Agnes when she finds Tilly?s module of the game and eventually introduces her to Tilly?s high school friends. He also is the one who the characters in the game speak through, represented as Tilly wrote it and envisioned it through his eyes. Thinks a little highly of himself, but has a very good heart, if not the smartest head, as shown through a couple of misunderstandings he experiences in the show. | Miles | M | 20-39 | Agnes' boyfriend of five years who she is in the process of moving in with. A few people in the play (mainly Vera) doubt his commitment to Agnes due to not proposing but he sticks by her even at times when he?s not aware of what?s going on with her. | Lilith/Lily | F | 20-35 | Lily was one of Tilly's high school friends whom she was particularly close with. In the game, she is depicted as a demon queen and Tilly?s girlfriend. She and Agnes in particular do not get along, but she can get angry or mean very quickly toward almost anybody. | Kalliope/Kelly | F | 20-35 | Another of Tilly's high school friends who is depicted in the game as a dark elf. She is very logical about everything and rarely lets her emotions get in the way due to her relative lack of them. | Orcus/Ronnie | M | 18-35 | Kelly's brother and another of Tilly's past friends from school. In the game, he is represented as a former demon of the underworld who holds onto lost souls, but would much rather spend his time watching TV and eating chips. He is almost always chill about everything and has a very good with the flow attitude. | Vera | F | 20-35 | The school psychiatrist who is supportive of Agnes, but has low opinions of her boyfriend Miles and doubts his commitment to her. Not the best at her actual job and is rather foul mouthed. | Evil Gabbi and Evil Tina | F | 18-29 | A pair of succubi who are represented by and based on Tilly's high school cheerleader bullies. | Farrah | F | 18-29 | The first of a few bosses fought in the quest, she is designed to look very sweet but has a foul mouth and a fouler temper. | Narrator | F | Pops up a few times during the story to narrate in a very regal Cate Blanchett voice. | The Great Mage Steve | M | 18-29 | The absolute best character in the show who the heroes would be helpless without...in his own mind anyway. In the game itself, he is usually used to show how powerful the other characters are, resulting in his comedic death multiple times throughout the show. In real life, he is one of Tilly's former classmates who is overlooked by pretty much everyone. |
